Subscription Policy

How BryteMama subscriptions work. When you purchase a BryteMama subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency you selected (for example, every 30 days) at the recurring price disclosed at checkout before you subscribe. Any first-order promotional pricing applies to your first order only; the recurring price for subsequent orders is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. Each renewal charges your payment method on file and ships a new supply to your address on file.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee. Manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management portal linked in your order and account emails, or contact us through the contact page on this site. To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund orders already billed (see our Refund Policy for those).

Skip, pause, or reschedule. Where available, you can skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or change your next order date through the same subscription portal.

Welcome gifts. Free welcome gifts are a first-order offer and are not included with renewal orders.

Payment failures. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, the renewal order will not ship.

Price changes. If the recurring price of your subscription ever changes, we will notify you in advance by email, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Refunds. Refunds for subscription orders are governed by our Refund Policy.
